As the founder and CEO of Hispanic Market Solution, HMS, he has spent more than 25 years shaping how organizations engage with Hispanic consumers—locally in Massachusetts, regionally across New England, and nationally. His expertise in business development, multicultural marketing strategy, and community engagement has made him a trusted leader.
n 2008, he founded HMS, a consulting firm that provides strategic advertising, grassroots outreach, diversity training, and public relations. His firm has worked with major clients, including Eversource Energy, AutoNation, Hill Holliday, Boston Children's Hospital, Health Care For All, and the Cooperative Credit Union Association, helping them build strong relationships with Hispanic consumers.
Beyond leading HMS, Eduardo serves as Chairman of Crespo Communications, where he provides strategic direction and opens business opportunities. Together, the two firms partner on campaigns and initiatives that elevate brands in the Hispanic and multicultural space, ensuring that businesses and organizations connect authentically with diverse audiences.
Originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador, Crespo immigrated to Lawrence, Massachusetts, at the age of 16 and quickly embraced an entrepreneurial spirit. His career began with the launch of Latin Hit Parade, the first Hispanic radio program in New England, which ran from the mid-1970s to 1998 and played a pioneering role in Hispanic media representation.

His leadership extends to boards and advisory roles with organizations such as the United Way of Greater Boston and Merrimack Valley, the Commonwealth Corporation, Lazarus House, MetroWest and OneSouthCoast Chamber of Commerce DEI committees, and Northern Essex Community College Foundation.

His impact and leadership have earned him national recognition, including being named the 2023 Minority-Owned Small Business of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) for Massachusetts.
Now based in Florida, while continuing to work in Massachusetts and across the U.S., Crespo remains a trusted leader in Hispanic marketing and business development, guiding organizations in creating meaningful connections with diverse communities.
